Basic Uses

EcoMetals Roofing System is a metal panels system imitating clay tiles which can be used for either residential or commercial roofs. EcoMetals Roofing System may be used for new construction or re-roofing. The minimum recommended pitch is 3:12. EcoMetals Roofing System may be applied directly over existing roofing material, without the need for tear-off.

Composition & Materials

Standard Offerings: Panels are roll-formed from 26 gauge, CSB, G90, XSM, NCT galvanized steel.

Sizes and Profiles

EcoMetals roofing panels are in the form of an “S” or Spanish tile. Panels are 46 1/2” wide, including a 3 1/4” side lap. The length of the tile section is 13 3/4” and the width of the “wave” is 7 1/4”. The height of the panel is 1 3/4”. Panel lengths are cut to customer specification and range from 38” to 20’.

Colors & Finishes

A choice of 16 colors is available in a KYNAR 500® finish. EcoMetals Roofing System may be specified in either a gloss or matte finish.

INSTALLATION

EcoMetals roofing panels are installed vertically. The panel is installed with metal fasteners long enough to penetrate the solid substrate. Installation manuals or hands-on training via seminars are available through ecoMetals, Co. representatives.

EcoMetals Roofing Systems are available through ecoMetals, Co. distributors. A complete line of related components and trim accessories is available to complete the roof system. Flat sheets in matching color are also available for fabrication of related accessories by the installing contractor.

MAINTENANCE

EcoMetals Roofing System panels are maintenance free. Surface residue may be easily removed using conventional cleaning methods. Minor scratches may be touched up with a matching paint, available from the ecoMetals, Co.
