ecoMetals Company offers access to services that require registration – the ecoMetals Sales System (the “eMSS”). In that event, your registration and/or contact information may be used to send notification to you of ecoMetals products and/or services by email. ecoMetals Company may collect personally identifiable information from users at eMSS web sites (such as your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, SS or EIN numbers). ecoMetals Company also collects non-personal and anonymous information from users to be used in an aggregate fashion. When you access or use the eMSS or the Site through any co-branded web sites or linked web pages, your personal information may be disclosed to and become the property of both ecoMetals Company and the relevant co-sponsor. In that case, the use of your personally identifiable information by the co-sponsor company will be subject to the privacy policy of that company, and ecoMetals Company is not responsible for nor subject to the co-sponsor’s policy regarding their use of your personally identifiable information. Applicable Law

This Policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflicts of law principles, and exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any dispute arising out of this Policy shall be the county, state court or district federal court for Cook County, Illinois.
